Insurance Law
If you've paid your premiums, you expect to be covered. But insurers don't always agree.

You're a responsible person. That's why you have insurance to protect yourself against the unexpected. Unfortunately, insurers aren't always on your side. If they think they've found a way to deny you coverage, they'll try it.

Insurance policies can cover a variety of events. Common types of insurance include automobile policies, homeowners policies, uninsured/uninsured motorist (UM/UIM), renters insurance, liability insurance, life insurance, and umbrella insurance. It is important to know your policies and understand the coverage that you've purchased so that when it comes time to make a claim you'll receive your benefits.

It's not uncommon for insurers to deny claims. Sometimes there is a dispute about whether an event falls under the coverage. Other times, the insurer acts in bad faith. Bad faith can include failing to investigate a claim, undervaluing a claim, misrepresenting the policy's terms, unreasonably delaying a claim, and offering unreasonable settlements.

If your insurance provider has denied your claim, I'll fight to enforce your rights.
