If an ad sounds too good to be true, it probably is. But sellers are good at deceiving consumers into buying good and services that don't live up to the quality promised.


When you pay for a product or service, you're relying on the seller to provide you with what he said he'd give you. You want that product or service to live up to the quality that you were promised. Unfortunately, many products and services do not live up to the quality the seller promised.

Texas has laws, including the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), that protect individuals and businesses from false, misleading or deceptive bushiness practices. These practices can include misrepresenting the quality of a product or service, misrepresenting warranties, and engaging in "unconscionable" practices.

To enforce their rights, consumers are required to take certain steps required by the law. I am here to help consumers who have been wronged to obtain relief, which can include triple economic damages, court costs, and attorney's fees.
