Tell Your Story

Litigation is more than just plugging facts into discrete elements to prove up a claim.  Litigation is an opportunity to tell your story.  As an individual, you need someone who can explain why your point of view matters.  As a company, you need someone who can add the human element to your point of view.  The facts are the facts.  I'm attorney Charles "Will" Aldrete, and I'm here to tell your story.

It's important to remember that people are at the core of my advocacy.  Everyone has a story to tell.  When dealing with workplace complaints or handling a lawsuit, the other side's goal is to twist the facts to fit their narrative.  I work closely with my clients to develop their cases and to make sure that they are heard.  I use the facts to explain why my clients' stories matter.  And I advocate so that they're understood.

I have represented individuals before administrative agencies and state and federal courts across New Mexico and Texas, where I practice.  I take creative approaches to avoiding problems before they arise and solving them when they do.  I'll work hard to develop strategies that align with your goals.

Born in San Antonio and raised in Floresville, I have called Houston home for several years.  I love to travel, especially in Latin America.  In my free time I enjoy going to the movies, attending sporting events, and wandering around.
