Tell Your Story

Litigation is more than just plugging facts into discrete elements to prove up a claim.  Litigation is an opportunity to tell your story.  As an individual, you need someone who can explain why your point of view matters.  As a company, you need someone who can add the human element to your point of view.  The facts are the facts.  I'm attorney Charles "Will" Aldrete, and I'm here to tell your story.

Before litigation happens, you need to get your facts straight.  You need to work on the story that you want told.  I help people by providing general counsel services.  These services include contract drafting and review, advising on employment related matters, and providing other general legal advice.

I have experience with all of the above.  I have represented individuals in state and federal courts across New Mexico and Texas, where I focus my practice.  I take creative approaches to avoiding problems before they arise and solving them when they do.  I work hard to develop strategies that align with your goals.

Born in San Antonio and raised in Floresville, I have called Houston home for several years.  I love to travel, especially in Latin America.  In my free time I enjoy going to the movies, attending sporting events, and wandering around.
